Immunization Reminder
Please remember that beginning with the 2007-2008 school year, TWO doses of chicken pox vaccine (varicella) are REQUIRED by the state of Kansas for students entering kindergarten or first grade. Children who have had the disease will not need the vaccinations; however, you must provide proof, with a date of illness and a doctor’s signature. The hepatitis B series is REQUIRED for any Kansas student enrolling in kindergarten, first, second or third grade. Please take care of these vaccinations during the summer months, before the rush of the new school year.

The child's immunization record must be complete and the green State Immunization Form must be on file at the office.
